We are inspired by our natural environments, and our cultural heritage and history of the west. We are grateful to live, work and play in some of the most pristine and beautiful places on earth! We practice our art for both the Private, and public sectors, wherever we can effect the greatest good.

We aim to deliver a concierge level service. Our Landscape architects and project managers hold a wealth of knowledge and experience and are warm and friendly. We will work with your unique aesthetic and individual needs to customize an artistic expression for your project; but it won’t end there. Our competition generally leaves their clients behind and are on to the next one once they have sent out the project plans and documents. We apply our entire range of skills and experience on our clients behalf as project managers. We follow the ANSI standard for project management “The Project Management Body of Knowledge” (PMBOK) published by the PMI to execute our client’s projects. Our knowledge and experience in understanding and executing the entire projects is what our clients are finding as the “added value” our team brings that other firms don’t. This is how we deliver the optimal solution and provide value to our clients.

3. We utilize tech to build in automated workflow’s through our team. We utilize the most sophisticated design tools and software, including Revit, Civil 3d, Infraworks, Land F/X Adobe Creative Cloud, Ajera Etc.. We survey with UAS Drones and to allow us to bring the site into our studio. We can integrate 3D modeling and VR to your design.

Seth Bockholt has been designing and building complex sites and landscapes across the intermountain west for 16 years. He is licensed to practice Landscape Architecture in Utah, Wyoming and Montana; and is also a Green Roof Professional
While the company carries Seth’s Surname, all our projects are a team effort. We utilize a ‘Fire-Team’ approach of in-house professionals including land surveyors, Planners, Landscape Architects, Engineers, CAD technicians and Administrative staff. Its not just our team but many others including our amazing clients and armies of tradesmen and women that come together to realize these awesome spaces!
