A new vision for an aging community and its grounds

Aspen Hollow is a mountain community set in the picturesque landscape of the Park City area; the directed purpose of this project was to enhance and beautify with the goal of mimicking the natural appeal of the native landscape. Essentially a “Re Branding” effort. A unifying contemporary style enhancements are recommended, and we believe the style accents the homes well. This assessment addresses several issues and upgrades split into two main categories “Long term enhancements” and “Short term enhancements.” The Long term enhancements are designated as such due to the burden of cost estimated to complete these projects; as well as the complexity of decisions which must be arrived at prior to embarking on the projects. The long term enhancements are recommended to be adopted as a whole, however they could be phased as long as the planning and design includes the entire effort, since there are many overlapping tasks for this work.
